This CMMP cotton/linen pocket square is now mine. Possibly the best one I own. (Taken with instagram)

WIWT - We get casual b.

If you’re going to go untucked with your spread collar button-up, make sure it doesn’t look sloppy or blimpish. That means a tailored body, slim arms, and the right length (you can see the bottom button hitting just above my belt buckle). Photos by the lovely Amy Shusta.

The coolest blazer/jawn you’ll see for a real long time.

Commonwealth Proper has some samples in, and this completely unstructured blazer is one of them. The blazer is made from linen, with linen/cotton lapel padding, suede elbow patches, and MOP buttons. The craziest thing about it is the pockets though. Slanted patch pockets… Slanted patch pockets……. SlLANTED patch pockets. I tried this thing on yesterday, and it is literally the perfect piece of casual tailored clothing. In case you couldn’t decipher, I am in love.

Craig was some sort of mad scientist on this one, and it came out beautifully.

WIWT - This was the perfect spring afternoon, and my kit features some pieces classic to this kind of weather. I was on top of my Philadelphia threads game, sporting both a Commonwealth Proper bespoke shirt and unlined Irish linen tie. I was a little hesitant when pairing this shirt and tie because of the similar shade, but the subtle difference in texture and pattern worked beautifully. I really liked this kit a lot and will be going to a lot of similar options for the warmer weather. As always, photos taken by the lovely Amy Shusta.
